Early Childhood Educator in Etobicoke, Ontario

I have experienced to work with newborn during pediatric nursing which encouraged me to become an ECE for getting experience to work with different age group children. Now, I have worked with toddlers,pre-school and school age and my experiences have increased my understanding about developmental milestones and how to motivate children, by providing play based learning, to develop their domains. During my all placements, I have experienced working with children with different type of special needs, especially autistic. I have gained the skills for behavior modification of children with special needs.
