I had been working for the YMCA since 2008, I have been doing the Elect program and supervise the children of ratio of 1 to 15. I learn something new from the children and learn to expand on their learning and teaching them to grow to learn new skills in the classroom. I had been working for the Bob Rumball Association for the Deaf since 2006, Working with them had inspire me to gain their trust and learn to teach them expand their learning and teaching them new ways to improve their well-being and being about to advocate their needs on everything.
