Competitive Swimming head Coach to Children\\\\r\\\\n- Manage a group of sixteen boys, ages 11-12, five days a week, with no assistant coaches.\\\\r\\\\n- Required to have workouts planned accordingly to fit the varying needs of all children.\\\\r\\\\n- Also required to have a long term training program, progressions, in place to facilitate group, as well as individual improvement.\\\\r\\\\n- Responsible for the swimmers emotional and physical wellbeing at workouts, and competitions.\\\\r\\\\n- Able to deal with parents, coaches, and pool staff on a daily basis.\\\\r\\\\n- Responsible for all administrative duties, entries, attendance, communicating travel requirements. \\\\r\\\\n- Provide a positive and energetic atmosphere while coaching.\\\\r\\\\n- Also coached boys and girls aged 6-10. \\\\r\\\\n- Care for two girls, aged three and four, twice a week. \\\\r\\\\n- Responsible for the children’s overall well being, and safety.\\\\r\\\\n- Organizing fun activities, to aid in the children’s ongoing learning. \\\\r\\\\n- Provide a positive and energetic atmosphere while working. \\\\r\\\\n- Volnteer with BBBS in Cochrane (Mentor 13 yr old girl) Have managed and facilitated in learning for children with different disabilities in coaching: \\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\n- Asberger\\\\\\\'s\\\\r\\\\n- ADHD\\\\r\\\\n- Dyslexia\\\\r\\\\n- Oppositional Defiance Disorder\\\\r\\\\n- PTSD\\\\r\\\\n- Anxiety \\\\r\\\\n- OCD
