Early Childhood Educator in Duncan, British Columbia

I have been in the ECE field for 20 yrs. I have worked with all ages in many different programs. I have also started new programs and managed programs. I have a positive working relationship with Licensing. I am currently the manager of a large centre licensed for 93 children and I have 24 staff under my supervision. I have always believed that it is important to treat every child as though they may need extra support. It is important to understand what their needs are every day. I have had foraml training in Diabetes control, epipens and allergies, feeding tubes. I have not hada to use these skills in many yrs but I welcome the challenge!
