Xiaoyan (Eliane) worked at our Montessori School in the toddler program from September 2013 to April 2017. During the time Elaine spent with us she was involved in the daily program planning and also supervised children during routines and transitions such as helping with setting up the lunch, assisting during lunch , naptime, indoor and outdoor play, circle time and arts and crafts. Elaine was loving and nurturing with the children and a very responsible and conscientious worker. She would be an asset wherever she goes.
