Early Childhood Educator in Ajax, Ontario

I have worked with all ages, in 2 different daycares as well as with the Durham District School board. I created and implemented weekly plans that were both emergent and theme based. I looked after the basics needs and care of the children as well as looking for areas to go above and beyond by communicating with families and working with them to achieve results. (i.e. potty training, walking) I have limited experience with special needs. I have worked with behavioural children in the school board as well as children with autism, however this is an area I am highly interested in and would love to gain more experience.
