Early Childhood Educator in Calgary, Alberta

Being a teacher for 16 years, my daily encounter with children of different levels is always fun, enriching and valuable experience. Though very challenging at times, constant supervision, care and attention given to the children will always make them feel that they are loved and important. Every child is precious and unique. Therefore, I must understand their differences, needs and concerns individually. Dealing with children with special needs is a challenging task though very rewarding too. Challenging because I need to be more understanding and patient with them especially when they have their tantrums, and uncontrollable behaviors. Rewarding because once I show my care and love with these children, they are so loving and affectionate. Their limitations, innocence and disabilities remind me that I should be more compassionate with them because they need people who would accept and understand them better.
