Through the two-year education, I�ve established a solid knowledge of child development and play-based early learning. In my previous field placements, I have successfully integrated the theory into practice by planning and implementing an emergent curriculum to facilitate children�s development in all five domains based on the observation and documentation of their individual needs and interests. Meanwhile, I am also an excellent playmate that I let children take the lead in play, and respect their creations and emotions, as well as assist them in dealing with all kinds of challenges during play.
