I facilitate activities to engage kids-in Toddler/infants/children classroom.Provide support to children with dressing and toilet routines and assist children with nap and rest times when required.I always encourage children's self esteem and solve problem skills. I always supervise the children carefully and maintain attendance record. Encourage leadership skills,self help skills,take turns,and self-regulation.,Communicate with parents about child development. I always interact, redirect,with children.
