Early Childhood Educator in Edmonton, Alberta

I have a numerous amount of experience with children. While attending high school, through the leadership program I assisted in the planning and carrying out of a Christmas party for the inner city children. At the University of Alberta I also assisted in planning and volunteering at running a christmas party for elementary students. I have volunteered in after school programs at elementary schools as well as tutoring children. I volunteered at my high school with a program to assist in providing swimming lessons to children with Down Syndrome. My overall experience was positive and if I am offered a class to attend that will assist in being able to better assist children with special needs, I would take it.
