I worked in a daycare when I was 16 - 17 in the toddler, infant, pre school and after school room setting up nap times, reading stories, making sure they were fed and taken care of. I have some experience dealing with children of special needs as I grew up with tons of kids in my school with special needs. I was always caring and giving towards them.
