Early Childhood Educator in Mississauga, Ontario

As a member of the Ontario College of Teachers, working with children has always been a great passion of mine. From 2010-201... I attended Ryerson University and graduated with a Child and Youth Care degree. Throughout my time at Ryerson I completed over 800 hours working with children in a daycare and school setting. From August 2014 to June 2015 I attended Charles Sturt University and received my Bachelor of Education qualifying me to teach children in the primary and junior grades. During my time at Charles Sturt I was placed in 2 schools where I taught grade 5 and full day kindergarten. Working closely with children with Special Needs is something I'm extremely interested in pursuing. I completed two placements at Ryerson University at a daycare and classroom that specialized in helping/teaching children with physical and intellectual disabilities. Recently, I took and completed an additional qualification course at York University known as Special Needs Part 1. I'm extremely interested and would love to further develop my experience in working with children with exceptionalities.
