Early Childhood Educator in Calgary, Alberta

I’m currently an Assistant Program Manager within a daycare centre and work 25 children and manage 5 staff. I have successfully managed licensed preschool, daycare & OOSC care programs, as well as PD and seasonal camps for children ages 3 - 12 years of age. I have managed programs with up-to 80 children and up-to 140 children for seasonal camps. I successfully managed a team of 18 staff for a variety of programs for children 6M - 12 years of age . I have vast experience with programming for children ages 6M - 12 years of age through structured and unstructured programming. I have worked in daycare, OOSC, as well as preschool settings throughout my career. I graduated in 2010 from Bow Valley College with my Childcare Development Worker Certificate (level 2) and I received my Early Childhood Education Diploma (level 3) from Lakeland College in 2024. I have also taken a variety of courses through the Institute of Child Psychology. I'm looking for a supervisory or administrative role within a daycare, preschool or OOSC program.
