Early Childhood Educator in Airdrie, Alberta

My name is Shelley Arkhagha and I am a hardworking mom of two lovely children. My son is 15 and my daughter is 19years of age. I am currently working and looking for a career change as I love working and taking care of children. My joys are on the weekends taking care of my friends kids and babies when extra help is needed with care and advice on feeding and so one. Also something unique about myself is I speak 3 languages which include English, French and Arabic. I have been well traveled in 2 different countries (Dubai @ Jordan) in which I dealt with different school systems for my children being Cambridge system and British system. I got offered a teaching position in Jordan to teach English as a second language to kindergarten children. My studies include graduation from High School, College ( Travel and Tourism) and some undergraduate studies at UNB open studies. My interest include going to the gym, swimming, kickboxing as a family and family time. In the past I have completed Saint John Ambulance First Aide and excel through the YMCA. I have lots of knowledge with children with learning difficulties and challenges like IPPS as my son has learning challenges in reading and writing so I'm always involved with his schooling and how to help in his succeeding in life as I could be a great help with all other children in a daycare or preschool setting with my knowledge. I would love to show anyone what a great asset I could be to there team and how hard working I am. If I'm missing any courses, I'm willing to complete and accomplish what I need, to be accepted for a position in your company or child care centre.
