As a teacher I am passionate about my job, I believe children needs are to be catered for at all times academically and socially. As an Earlychildhood educator I am alert with children, i am aware of their surroundings, I believe children should be given the opportunity to be challenged in order to grow from stage to stage. children in all cases must ne treated and given the same treatment regardlessof their socioeconomic background. their learning environment must be at their developmental level in order for children to learn at their own pace. I think schools should have a parent teacher partnership for the benefit of children and the school.
