As a teacher, as a volunteer, as a facilitator, as a leader and as a parent. Worked for over 6 years with special needs children (DSM IV classified). In collaboration with parents and teachers, we set up IEP\'s. I worked together with the teacher and parents to achieve the goals and evaluate them. I also did one on one training with most of these children (mainly focused on social skills and educational development).
