Let me share my experienced as Teacher in the Philippines for one year. I\\\\\\\'m adviser class of a Grade 1 pupils. As a Teacher you must give your whole heart in your job to make everything easy. Love your job, the place and especially the kids. Their learning\\\\\\\'s start from the educator. I\\\\\\\'m currently working as nanny until April 4, 2014. I\\\\\\\'m handling 5 years old girl. It was fun and different experienced from 24 pupils it turns to a 1 kid very easy for me. I\\\\\\\'ll prepare a proper meal, take a bath and dropping and pick up in the bus stop while her parents at work. My experienced for handling the special needs pupils the last time I had a on job training during my college days. The first thing that comes in my mind is the word \\\\\\\'acceptance\\\\\\\' as a student teacher I learned to interact with them. Giving some activities to develop their motor skills. The proper communication with them. And they teach me to value our Life and give respect to those people have the same situation.
