As a New graduate of Early Childhood Education class of 2017 and Registered ECE, I would like to fill in the position of Registered Early Childhood Educator with job reference # 1547493... – posting that I have seen in the hiring website of BCJobs..... website. Having followed how Early Childhood Educators contribute to the growth and development of the children has motivated me to aim of becoming part of a team that helps enrich the children’s learning and development. Your job posting states that the Registered Early Childhood Educator must be able to work with another classroom teacher (registered ECE) and Supervisor assisting with the delivery of high quality services that are required in the daycare program. and that the main Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Create and assist in the development of program and instructional materials; set up children's materials Participate in circle and small group activities and other child-related activities as assigned, disinfect children's toys and keep the environment clean and organized, must have commitment to working in a socially inclusive environment responding with sensitivity and personal awareness to the diverse needs of members, must have well-developed interpersonal, and relationship building skills and ability to establish rapport and excellent communication with members, staff and volunteers. My experience as student ECE in various centres have enabled me to become flexible and open-minded.
