Hello! My name is Gladys. I am an enthusiastic and creative individual who strives to do the best I can in any situation. I enjoy working with kids of all ages and needs; I’m capable of adapting quickly and work to keep a safe and comfortable environment without losing the fun. I love creating activities that enrich development and learning. I also love to help children exercise their imagination and creativity by planning crafts or science experiments. Most importantly, I listen to the children and read their signals (verbal or not); not every activity suites every child and being flexible to find what is best for each unique child is vital.
