I have had the opportunity to work with Vanessa over the past year. She is very sweet and kind. She has a big heart and it shows with the relationships she develops with the children. She is a team player and always willing to share in all responsibilities and tasks. She is very easy going,flexible and up for any challenge. She could always be found sitting down at the table with the children coloring and doing activities,participating in their dramatic play scenes or sitting down in the quiet area reading stories. She took initiative in planning and implementing activities for the children to make their day fun and enjoyable! I would highly recommend Vanessa for any job in the Early Childhood Education field! She is great to work with and would be asset to any program she would be working for :)

Vanessa is an excellent ECE, she is very responsive to the children’s needs and is excellent at planning and implementing activities for them.
