Early Childhood Educator Job in Woodbridge, Ontario

Casa Montessori Teacher for ages 2 1/2 to 6 years of age Qualifications: Accredited Montessori Teacher with a MACTE approved Montessori Diploma.. Possession of an ECE Diploma is an asset- but not required. Excellent written and oral communication. Holds a current First Aid and CPR certification. Possesses current Criminal Reference Check. Must provide a clear health assessment- including TB test. Able to ensure that all legislation pertaining to the DNA are implemented. Plan and develop Casa Montessori school programs . Provide supervision and guidance of daily activities- field trips and special activities . Provide opportunity for creative expression through the mediums of art- dramatic play and music . Assess the developmental level of children . Prepare progress reports and discuss with parents and other staff members . Maintain child care supplies and equipment-. Assist in housekeeping duties and l ight cleaning duties . Strong leadership skills. Responsible and independent.
