Areas of responsibility: Maintaining the integrity and scope of the Montessori Method Preparing the Montessori classroom environment to meet individual student needs and interests Maintaining student records, reports, evaluations, inventories and tests Monthly reporting of students progress to parents Understanding and promoting the school’s vision, mission, and goals Participating in field trips Continuing professional growth and development through conferences and certification programs Position Requirements: Must have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree Three years teaching experience Montessori Certification Positive communication style with students, co-teachers and parents Must be dedicated to Montessori Able to work in teams Salary & Compensation: Salary is commensurate with experience.
