• Over 7 years experience working as a Early Childhood Education Assistant in licensed centres • Diploma in Early Childhood Education • Registered member of the College of Early Childhood Educator • Police clearance in Toronto Vulnerable Sector check • First Aid and CPR certification appropriate to the ages of the children • Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety, Child Care Early Years and Family Services Acts, with the ability to meet the specification of these Acts and the regulation required • Ability to apply theoretical knowledge to job-related problems ages 0-7 years • Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively in a team setting and to follow instructions as directed
