As an experienced educator, I bring variety of learning approaches, strategies and education plans that cater for all levels. I bring along my experience as a trainer and an individual who truly loves kids as individuals who want to learn through variety of styles ranging form traditional rote methods of memorization to group work, follow up activities both on line and hands on as well as individualized teaching and training. One of my weakness is spending a lot of time planning, although I am still working on it, I believe planning is central to any success. I look forward to learn as well, from the best, from those that have shown that they have the knowledge, tenacity, humility and experience to succeed. From my many years of working, I have never failed. Success has been a part of me.
