Early Childhood Educator in Oakville, Ontario

I am interested in exploring a Supervisor/Director position in a daycare/ school. I have unique combination of education and experience. I am a registered ECE, a qualified Montessori teacher, along with a diploma in childcare management. I Have worked in diverse work settings and I am familiar with EarlyON, Emergent based and Montessori based settings. As an experienced child development professional with more than 15 years of experience with reputable child care facilities, I am confident in my ability to excel in a supervisor/leadership position. I have performed in leadership roles supporting the operational functions of rapidly evolving child care facilities and I am familiar with the Licensing requirements. I firmly believe that every child is entitled to an enriching education, respect, and professionalism.
