Early Childhood Educator in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

I am currently a Faster Care Supervisor, ultimately seeking to acclimate myself back into the teaching profession. At this time in my life, I have experienced 8 years as an Elementary School Teacher and 9 years within the Mental Health and Social Services field within the City of Philadelphia. I have worked in behavioral schools and implemented behavioral programs and interventions (within schools) all under the School District of Philadelphia. At this time in my life I am looking to esteem to a higher position in working with and educating children. I am looking to be among the decision making teams who implement new policies and procedures within schools. Identifying this growth goal for myself would seem befitting as I am looking to become stable within the workforce and accrue the rest of my employment time as a educator/ administrator within a Elementary School within Philadelphia, PA. Remaining in a leadership position is very important to me at this juncture; but as I transition careers, I understand and accept any transitional position, befitting to my experience.
