This is Manoj Adhikari. I have the qualifications that you require, such as Child Development Supervisor Level 3 Licence and the equivalence of a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from IQAS. Currently, I have been working as an early childhood educator at Out Of School Care Program. I am also an experienced Child Development Supervisor of Thorncliff After-School Care Program and ABC Child Development Center. Besides having a myriad of experience Day Care and Out-of-School Care Programs, I have also worked with special children in a program called, “Community Options” of ABC Child Development Center. I want to gain as much work experience as I can as an early childhood educator. I find first-hand experience highly satisfying, and highly rewarding, because it is the medium where I can gain knowledge that could further enhance my competency as an educator; therefore, I find any experience that is related to early childhood education highly valuable.
