Working with children I realice the andquot;power of playandquot;. It is thought that children learn more efficiently and more knowledge when given the opportunity to play based on activities such as: dramatic play, art and social games. This theory plays off of childrens natural curiosity and tendencies to andquot;make believeandquot;, mixing in educational lessons. I did a voluntier work in a self- contained classroom for students with physical and developmental disabilities at York Humber High School. Student care involves all aspects of daily living (feeding, personal care, etc.) This experience and more lead me to porpuse to involved in programs related with childrens.
