Early Childhood Educator in Brampton, Ontario

My name is Nitika Sharma and I am a proud and resourceful R.E.C.E. and recent graduate. I have an extensive and dedicated background working within teams , interacting with children and parents as well as supporting community initiatives. One of my firm beliefs that in order to support a child's growth and development, one must be supportive of their community . With this belief, I believe in the importance in further knowledge of resources and information available through further study and experience that may aid in my teaching and pedagogy. I have done placements working with children with special needs and to further my knowledge and training I have completed an online workshop through the Geneva Center of Autism to gain understanding and to develop teaching strategies to make the classroom more inclusive and accessibility friendly. I am a firm supporter of a creating a classroom where all children thrive ! Children see the world with a sense of wonder and magic. I will be more then proud to work with a professional childcare team who see the potential in every child and who further wish to support the magic that is childhood.
