Early Childhood Educator in Edmonton, Alberta

I have been in the childcare sector for over 20 years. I have been involved in every aspect of the field from top management positions to night janitorial duties. I have an extensive knowledge base for Licencing and Accreditation legislation and have been involved in maintaining both standards for 15 years in a large professional organization. My programming experience is anything from old theme/seasonal based units to emerging curriculums and provocation using the flight based programming with PLOT and NIPISING documentation. I am a multi-tasker with self motivational skills and time management qualities. I am hoping to get back to basics and join a more personal team of child care providers in a smaller mom and pop organization. I want to get back to what really matters, the children. I feel I would be a great addition to center that values individuals that think like a team.
