Fort Langley Learning Centre is seeking a full - time ECE Support Worker to assist the team in providing high quality care in our multi age program. The Support Worker will create a safe and inviting environment, adapt routine when needed, and provide developmentally appropriate indoor/outdoor activities that both challenge and are enjoyable for all three children who require extra support. Qualifications Requirements: • ECE Assistant License to Practice preferred • Experience working with children who require extra support • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with children, parents and co-workers • Ability to program plan and set up positive environments for children • Commitment to the childcare field and ongoing learning • Ability to work independently and with team members • Successful completion of a criminal record check • Excellent communication skills • Current first aid/CPR
