Early Childhood Educator in Scarborough, Ontario

Dear Sir/Madam I am applying for the position of ECE/Experienced RECE position where I will be providing support, with effective community-based programs and services that will help identify goals of the organization, reduce homelessness, barriers, and engage families through advocacy, raising awareness, and provide services that can impact youths and families within the community as aligned with your company`s goals and values. My job gave me lots of experience on intake, family, child and youth care, youth outreach, case management, counselling, data, reports, entrepreneurial, administrative, receptionist, management and customer service skills. I developed and master Microsoft Office products, possessed excellent oral communication skills, become customer oriented, maintain a balance between demands of the job and also respond to sensitive telephone and personal inquiries from staff, clients and referring agencies. My extensive knowledge of community interventions through Community Studies and my experiences in YouthLink, YMCA and other organizations equipped me towards youth and community empowerment, caring for children, the vulnerable, people with disability, and abused, supervisory and financial management experience. I have work for more than six years dealing with clients in various community organizations. I believe my previous negotiation and customer service experience have equipped me well enough to be able to build relationship with the families to help secure help, resources and services for children, youths, and people with disability and vulnerable. I maintain flexibility and excellent team player. I am also trained on employment related issues and AODA. I am working with YouthLink as Youth Outreach and Family Worker. Knowing that this is what I would like to do, I took a career in Community Studies at University, a program I feel fits my passion and skills acquired with my experiences.
