I'm an
Individual
Hi my name is Brandy Newman, I had just graduated from Centennial Secondary.l School. I will 18 in February. Recently I have been looking for jobs particularly with kids, youth, or even animals. I am a loving and caring person, my future goal are to work with youth, kids or animals. My heart is huge and I love kids, I have two younger brothers named Theo(age 12) and Nicholas (age 10) both whom I always go with my mom to their soccer games, and sometimes I'll go to a park with them to practise, now I'm not the best at soccer but I will still play with them anyways if they wanted me to. I enjoy seeing a smile and hearing them laugh. When they are down I just comfort them by smooth talking and hugging them and telling them that everything will be okay. Now sometimes they argue, I will walk out of my room and ask them what is going on out here, then they say "he said" "no he said" kind of things. So I talk with them both. Or I yell to mom and tell here their segueing and she deals with them. I am also an auntie two little boys, one of them is 5 years old, his name is Jordan, I like playing cars and toys when i visit him. He is the cutest little 5 year old around, I took him to a play date once. I couldn't help but take a picture of him and all of his friends, all 5 of them were sitting on a staircase and it looked set up, there was 3 in the back and 2 on the stair below. Looked like half of the pyramid they were just missing not one person at the bottom. Now my other nephew Jase he is only 7 months old and he is a absolute joy(until he poops) but still an absolute joy, I love bouncing him up and down, letting him jump on the ground, picking him up and down, he likes to roll around, it is so cute. Basically everything he does is cute. i could give him all my attention because I just love babies so much! They are so curious about the world and everything around them. Baby Jase loves to play with buttons. And pull the cats hair. The cats okay wth it as long as it's not her face, our cat is very sassy and doesn't like her face touched. I would be a great candidate for your company, although I don't have a degree. But i promise I have had experience with children. And I love working with Childeren and babies. I also volunteered at Camp Jubilee for 1 week as a camp leader. I was in charge of 10 young boys for the entire week. I had to lead activities, organize games, help out with the children's needs, provide full time attention towards all 10 campers in case anyone was the odd one out, looked anxious, looked depressed or maybe was looking lonely. I had to then let the other leaders know if someone looked like they had anxiety or was lonely and then we would take care of it is a proper manner. Before I volunteered for one week, I took 3, now i am telling you 3 straight weeks of training not being able to go home at all. Of how to be a camp Councellor. We learned the different types of kids learning, and disabilities for example: if a kid had ADHD, ADD, ANGER ISSUES, ANXIETY, DEPRESSUON, LEARNING DISABILITIES. But not only did we learn the things we have to look out for in the kids. But we learned how to lead actual activities with it group and Camp Wide games. Activities like kayaking, canoeing, how to lead high ropes and low ropes, and swimming lessons, also how to save a flipped kayak, flipped canoe. I also volunteered at "Rites of Passege" it's an all day event with Outward Bound for kids in Coquitlam transitioning into middle and high school. My job was to lead a group of 8 kids with two other leaders. I was able to point out kids with "disabilities" one had anxiety and I noticed it within the first activity in the morning, another two had ADHD. I was able to give the proper attention these kids needed whiles participating with the rest of the group. I have my LifeGuarding with requires First Aid AED CPR-C. I have my Foodsafe Level 1, and a Life Saving Instructor.
