. I know that building relationships with the children, their families, and co-workers is paramount. My accolades in the field demonstrate my effective communication skills, along with my ongoing compassion, sensitivity and striving for professional development throughout my career.Being at the forefront as an Early Childhood Educator, I am confident in my abilities to foster the development of all students. Having been a Preschool Educator, an elementary teacher and directly supervising day cares programs has positioned me to firmly believe in the High Scope and Emergent based Approaches to education. Also, Language development is vital, therefore it is continually incorporated through all daily experiences including reading, writing, music and drama..... addition, I have formally taught music as an Elementary Teacher, as well incorporating it into the curriculum on a daily basis as an Early Years Educator.\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\nI am very familiar with several types curriculum, and have planned and implemented Early Years programs through High Scope and Emergent based philosophies for several years. I supervised for Wellington Early Learning Centre in Guelph for two years, which is guided by Emergent-based learning. A few years later, I was responsible for before-and-after-school programs specified for Early Years extended-day learning. Currently, I am an Infant Educator with London Bridge Child Care Services Inc. \\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\nAt London Bridge, I have been challenged to meet up with the minds of children, to be a radical thinker, a listener and to document learning through writing and photography. I value this because I am committed to life-long learning. This past year I have participated in several workshops and accumulated over thirty hours with my present employer.
