I was able to observe and facilitate children;s learning experiences. Acknowledge their uniqueness and encouraged their capabilities to explore their social and emotional intelligence. I t made me feel confident and proud because I was able to help and encourage one life and support families in understanding the growth of development of their children and how, we are related and part of the bigger community. I have lived my whole life with my sister that has cerebral palsy. I had a background in practical nursing and psychology. I understand how different people with special needs are. I also worked in a center with a child with autism. It is challenging, but also rewarding.
