Each child is a unique individual and they need guidance and support to develop their gross and fine motor skills. They help us to guide them through their interests and personalities. Children are like delicate sponges who absorb any and every experience they come across therefore it is our duty that we need to prepare a positive environment where they feel secure and care so that they focus on their development with motivation, eagerness and happiness. Guiding/ Teaching children is a two way street because we learn a lot more from them than what we teach them. Children with Special Needs are no less than the normal children as they also go through the same kind of Absorbent Mind. They do need a lot more support, encouragement and guidance to make them feel comfortable as who they are and believe that they are a big part of our society and they are no less than any individual. With proper guidance these children gain the confidence and manage well with how they are.
