Always plan activities basing ont he children\\\\\\\'s interests and needs and , at PLasp, have been Volunteering as a part of the team and also plan and implement activities when ever necessary, and follow the routines and give support and provide ways of helping each child to grow and learn in the three areas of Social-Emotional, cognitive and Physical domains.\\\\r\\\\nWorked as a supply staff for the Mississauga YMCA CC and centers of the YMCA all over Mississauga. had a little experience to work with children with special needs , but willing to work if opportunities are provided to work for the individual growth of each children .
