My education at Canadian Institute of Montessori Education has given me excellent knowledge and skills to provide guidance, ongoing supervision and to plan and implement programs for young minds. Moreover, my working experience at Ivy League Montessori for three years has helped me to develop effective guidance strategies for children who have progressed tremendously. I have assisted the staff in conducting the assessments and in collecting the data for behavioral strategies. I have aided the teacher in implementing the IEP’s and in preparing materials for the classrooms. I have helped in toileting and hygiene routines. I have effectively used visual , first and then and choice boards with the students.
