I worked with different age groups through the past 14 years. I found that each age group has specific needs. I made sure that I meet all the children\\\\\\\'s needs and interests. I ensured they developed a healthy physical, cognitive, communication and social skills according to the ELECT. I provided nurturing environment for all children in my care. My experience with children with special needs was interesting. Spending time one on one gave me the chance to learn about each child\\\\\\\'s ability and interests. I found out that children with special needs can be extremely smart but they need the extra attention and care to enable their potential to flourish.
