I always give strong supporting to children development. I make my plans and activities based on children�s needs. I show my positive attitude to children, parents and team members. I like to create the environment that nurtures a love of learning. Love and patience is the key to the children with special needs. I met a child who has behaviors change in my work experience. He is a boy, 6 years old. He easy out of control when he was angry, he would screaming, beating peers and teachers. I always hold him when he out of control, and just hold him in my arms until he came down. I encouraged him to tell me what happened with his words and help him to analyze how to do would be better to the issue. His behaviors got much better when he be with me.
