Children are our most precious possession,so, i have to give them the best care they possibly need both physical & emotional needs. I have to base their activity according to their interest and make learning a fun activity for them. Play with them as you watch them. Dance & sing with them and make it sure that these children have a blast in every single activity they do every single day at the daycare. Patience and ability to connect with children with special needs are two most important qualities a worker must posses. Give & help them do activities,both indoor & outdoor,that they can do.
