Early Childhood Educator in Orillia, Ontario

I have worked as a supervisor for the last five years at Biinoojinsauk Child Care. Our centre was Preschool based, but did accept a toddler ratio. I previously worked with Kids and Company and Treasure Island Day Care that was a range from newborn to school age programs that were offered. When I was with Kids and Company, I had the opportunity to work with an amazing little child that had Down Syndrome. It was a amazing opportunity to see this little girl meet milestones as well as teach us along the way. With Biinoojinsauk Child Care we did work with Catulpa in our program that assisted us with children and their needs whether it was ADHD, Autism or another concern the parent may have had. We helped create plans for their days, goals to achieve. It was a great opportunity working with Catulpa.\r\nAlso growing up my brother was born with Spina bifida and I had helped my mother growing up tend to him and his needs he had.
