Early Childhood Educator in Windsor, Ontario

I did my Co-op with a grade 3 class. I worked in a day care for two years. I was operating the day care in the absense of the owner who was on maternity leave at the time. I\'ve worked with all ages including the school age before and after school programs. I had two children with special needs in my class. Always set up an easier program then waht their friends were doing but the same subject to shield them from being made fun of. The resource teachers and I worked closely to make sure the special needs child was learning everything they needed to learn at their own pace.
