In a school setting,I supported student with ADHD by helping student find adaptive ways to cope with symptoms and stressors. I helped the student find self-regulating behaviours.I planned and ran school wide bullying prevention program, with another intern. The program focused on activities to foster assertiveness and group inclusion.I assisted in a kindergarten class with students that had aggression and inhibition difficulties.\\r\\nAt an after school program, I planned and implemented with other interns,a drama program that focused on promoting, group cohesion, inclusion and social skills\\r\\nI also assisted staff in several departments such as art, gym, special needs classroom, etiquette, girls club and dance.\\r\\nI supervised club members on day trips.\\r\\nI used interpersonal skills when conducting informal counselling with club members experiencing family problems.
