Early Childhood Educator in Toronto, Ontario

I have worked with all age children in various child care settings. I am an registered early childhood educator in Mandarin Child Care Centre Inc from April 2014 to present. I worked in summer camp, private childcare centre, and art class before so I have gained lots of experience with children. I am looking for a new professional place where i can contribute myself to your team and I still can keep learning from all professionals. In my current work place, we have different kids with special needs.One boy is Autism, another one is language delay. We discussed a lot of methods to deal with them especially for autism. I used a \\\"story method\\\" to deal with him. When he is yelling or screaming, I am talking to him in a normal tune and asking\\\"XX, how old are you? Are you 4 year\\\'s old? I think 4 year\\\'s old will listen to teacher\\\'words\\\" and just use different stories.
