I encourage children with their development, give them warmth set up a good play, Scalfold them when needed give them positive reinforcement and make sure they are in saf hands and a good supervision I have three children who had special needs. I worked with a four year old child who is not speaking at all. I work with gestures and I am learning sing language for that.
