Early Childhood Educator in Toronto, Ontario

I have 2 years experience working with children which were infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school age.During my field placements I have observed children for their cues and interests. Then Planned a learning project according to the children’s inquiry. I have also planned and monitored the safe environment for the healthy growth of children. My first field placement was at the toddler\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s room where there was a child with special needs. I have learned a lot from him where I could implement activities that could help him to develop based on his interests.I planned teachers strategies where I have shared with the other staff. For example, prompting and fading. It was helpful for that child because he was learning a lot new things and helped him to be independent.
