We read books that the children enjoyed. Books that enhance good morals and encourage working together. I was able to come up with curriculum using observational cues from the children. I did a lot of active listening to meet their needs and help the children move to their next developmental stage and be able to have self control and reach their fullest potential which will result in the child developing a high self-esteem. Above all the children felt free to come to me to discuss what ever is on their mind. I was fortunate to work in a full day kindergarten in a public school which is multicultural and some children needed extra care and attention due to cultural differences and language problems I was fortunate to work one on one with them to help them overcome the obstacles and be able to blend in and reach their full potential like the other children.
