I have had the honor of working with some truly wonderful children and amazing fellow educators in the last four years. Teaching children is such a rewarding career, and I am now looking to move further in my career as a team leader. It is my dream to be daycare director, as I feel I could be someone who can guide educators towards creating an effective and enriching program. My passion has always been to help others and guide children down a path of learning.
In each of the programs I have worked in, there have been children with special needs, such as hearing impairments, autism, downs syndrome, and AD/HD.
