I had many years of experience with a range of children, helping pupils with schooling issues and bihaviour problems, using my strategies and techniques, my goal was to stimulate them with play and social interaction that contribute to developing emotional physical, social, intelelctual and creative skills with in each individual pupils. My experience with special needs was a big challenge and with the inclusion I provide one on one special needs instruction or smaller group needs instruction \\r\\nto the pupils to teach them the skills they need to adapt to a larger classroom environment. Promoting different pupils with different need but incorporating it while minimizing the segrgation, how to meet the particular needs of a pupil without alienate the rest of the class.
